Grades for this course will be based on the total number of points earned out of a possible 360. The point distribution is as follows:

• Mid-term Exam.................................100 points (= 28%)
• final exam .........................................120 points (= 33.3%)
• homework for the semester................120 points (= 33.3%)
• class participation/attendance..............20 points (= 5%)
